Acceptance of Terms

By using Bean Hunt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may use guest browsing without an account, but some features require registration.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit, including ratings, notes, photos, and reviews.
• You grant Bean Hunt a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service.
• You may not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.

Subscriptions and Support Purchases

• Bean Hunt may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and optional support purchases through Apple or Google billing.
• Subscription pricing, billing period, and renewal terms are shown in-app before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Play account settings before renewal.
• Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription management are handled by the platform through which you purchased.

Acceptable Use

• You may not interfere with the service, scrape private data, abuse APIs, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not impersonate businesses or other users.
• You may not submit spam, fake reviews, or misleading content.

Third-Party Services and Business Data

Bean Hunt may display shop information, websites, menu links, or map-related data from third-party providers or official business sources. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Bean Hunt for abuse, fraud, policy violations, security risk, or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion from within the app.

Disclaimers

Bean Hunt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy of shop/menu information, or that every listing, review, or drink record is error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randy Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bean Hunt.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top of this page.
